What are the order processing times?

The processing time usually takes 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may experience slight delays.

We assure you that we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once processed, the package will be handed over to the courier, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Delivery time depends on several factors, including the destination, courier, and time of the year. During holidays or peak demand periods, delivery times may vary due to the high volume of shipments handled by couriers.

As a guideline, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • National orders (Italy): generally between 3-4 business days.
  • European and international orders: delivery times may vary between 10 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping service.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Can I pick up my order at a collection point or in-store?

We do not currently have a physical store, but we offer a local delivery option for those interested. If you choose this option at checkout, your order will be prepared, and once ready, you will receive an email with all the pickup details, including time and location.
