To place an order, select the desired products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your shipping and payment details to finalize the purchase.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. In this case, we invite you to cancel it directly from your account and place a new order with the desired products.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. You can cancel an order by contacting customer support. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it will not be possible to request a cancellation.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Provide the order number and an accurate description of the issue, including pictures of the received product if possible.

Check if the package was left in a safe place or if a delivery attempt notice was issued. If you still can't find it, contact the courier and then reach out to our customer service for assistance.

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery. Additionally, it is crucial to document the damage with photos of both the package and the products inside.
This will provide evidence for any claims. Once you have gathered the images, contact our customer service providing the order number, so we can initiate the process for product replacement or refund.

You can track your order’s shipping status using the tracking code provided upon dispatch. This code will be sent to you via email and can be used to track the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Alternatively, by logging into your account on our website, you can visit the 'My Orders' section, where you'll find a complete overview of your purchases, including tracking details for each order.
Please note that, in some cases, the tracking code may not be immediately active. It may take a few hours, up to a maximum of 24 hours, for the courier to update the shipping information.
